Using Etrack to track bills, run scans, and publish reports.
Effective: July 8, 2025
Etrack is a workspace for looking up federal and state bills and statutes, saving what you track, running scans, and publishing reports, pages, posts, and emails. These terms cover use of that product. Contact details below are placeholders until a real inbox is connected.
You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping sign-in details private. Do not use the service to break the law, probe systems you do not own, or interfere with other users.
Notes, tracked lists, scan queries, and drafts you create are yours. You give Etrack permission to store and display that content so the product can work — including showing it back to you in tracking, scans, the editor, and My Library. Legislative text from public sources remains public-source material.
Bill status, statute text, scans, and report templates are tools for research and briefing. They are not legal advice, an official legislative record, or a substitute for checking the source legislature.
Do not scrape the service in a way that degrades it, upload malware, or present generated reports as if they were issued by a legislature or agency. You are responsible for reviewing anything you export or send.
The product may change, and features such as scans, tracking, and exports may be interrupted. We do not promise uninterrupted access or that every bill status is current at the moment you open it.
