How account, tracking, scan, and report data is handled.
Effective: July 8, 2025
This policy describes how Etrack handles information when you use the app to look up legislation, run scans, track bills, and publish reports, pages, posts, or emails. Contact details below are placeholders until a real inbox is connected.
Account information you provide to sign in, such as an email address. Work you create in the product: tracked bills and notes, scan queries and saved results, library items, and documents you edit or export. Basic usage data needed to operate the service, such as sign-in status and which features you open.
Bill and statute text comes from public legislative sources. Etrack does not treat that public text as your personal information. Your notes, tracked lists, scans, and drafts are your content.
To run the product: save what you are watching, show scan results, open the editor, and keep My Library in sync. To secure the account and fix problems. We do not sell personal information, and we do not use your drafts as a public language-learning corpus.
We share information with service providers that host the app, store data, or process sign-in — only as needed to operate Etrack. We may disclose information if required by law. Reports, posts, and emails are shared only when you export or send them.
We keep account and library data while your account is active. You can delete saved work from the product. To ask about access or deletion, use the address on the Contact page.
